Default Need a Buffer any ideals???

Looking for something cheap but very effecient. I heard you really need some experience with some buffers. Im a begginner and never buffed a car or even a panel before. I was looking for a machine so I can practise on my Camry before hand.. Any ideas.. cash range at $50.00..
