Cheap, but good windshield wipers?

Cheap, but good windshield wipers?
Dumb question, but I'm not trying to spend like 30-40 bux on these that I hardley use....I just need another set since my oem ones went to **** and started scratching up my window. Want a brand that's cheap but works well. I hardley drive my car in the rain unless I have to...
I mean, will those w/e brands at Wal-Mart or Autozone be fine?

Absolutely. I mainly use Rain-X wipers, but there are even less expensive options that will work fine.

rain x wipers work really well. I'm running the michelin wipers and they are decent but if your going 80mph or so they dont work too well. I bought the rain x wipers for my girls car and they work pretty good.

Well, I only have one.
Retail price for the Rain-X blades is right around $10 each depending on the size, but as I said, you should be able to find less expensive brands at Wal-Mart or similar stores.

Haha arlight. What size do I need for a 99-00 civic?

Yes, just double-check in the application booklet for the wipers you buy (there will be one in the store). Some brands offer different connector options in the same size (e.g., 20A, 20B), though most now include universal connectors.

I'm using triple edge silicone blades right now. They seem to work really well. I had them on my old car and had to get a set for the civic. They're like $7 a piece. $15 to be able to see at night when it's pouring down rain is worth it to me.
