Well, I got the car back wednesday, sorry it took so long but the autobody shop was super busy. Anyways it tured out great and im very please with it. Were waiting about 2 weeks then were going to sand it down again and relclear it so it will look like glass. We did my carbon fiber hood like this and it looks show room finish. Just like glass.

I rinsed off the car and snaped a few pictures. (it was really dusty) Most turned out just black, but ill post the ones that show the flip in the color.

Java is by far the best black color out there, IMO. It looks great already.

honestly i dont think the primer color will matter that much if any. I have a sample on a ppg spray out card that goes from black to grey to white. We sprayed the java black pearl on it for a test and i cant tell a diff between the black and white backrounds at all on the card. oh btw mine was grey primer

As for price i only really had to pay for supples and paint since my friend is in autobody and we did all the work. heh i havnt even got a bill yet but i think it will be around a grand.

Ill try to get a few pictures in a couple days.

Heres some pictures i just snaped after a quick wash. The sun wasn't that bright out side so you will see more green then the gold. When its bright out the gold comes alive heh.

enjoy and tell me what you think
