so its raining, pretty much pouring, and i have to move my car b/c it was blocking my moms.. theres 2 driveways, one straight and one U shaped.. and they're slanted.. so i let the car roll back in neutral, start cutting to the left to be able to drive onto the U driveway, and the car suddenly STOPS.. i drive forward and realized the neighbors car had stopped mine.. ****.. after the rain stops i go look, and theres a small tiny scratch on my rear bumper, more like the paint had just been chipped a bit.. i have the touch up pen.. but dont know how to use it.. problem fixable?..

 

hmm cover the paint area with tape and use the spray ones, unless the hit spot is small, pics would help!!!
