you'd need a section off another car or spend some time to shape some sheetmetal to fit

check out fixmyrust.com they have a quarter for that car $31. sand everything down to bare metal and cut to fit. they make a body panel glue that you can glue it back together so you don't have to weld.

That's a rough spot to glue, to do it right, it'd have to be welded. The only way you would glue it is to dog leg the piece so it under laps the factory quarter. Hard to explain over the internet, it can be done, but the rough cut need to be cleaned up a lot.
