fender pull???
i released a lil bit of my preload on my f&f type 2's today, like i xpected, the tire rubs against the fender wall. i was jus curious to know if anybody knew of sumthing that i cud do to get rid of this problem. i know, i can raise it up a lil, and i mite have to do that, but, i wanna kno if anybody has ever done a fender pull b4. to widen the fender out, without breaching the gap between the door and the fender. is this even possibble, or wat other alternative do i have, to at least minimize the rubbing as much as possible. its a 94 eg hatch. 15x7 wheels, rite now wit 195/50/15, but this weekend i get my azeniz 205/50/15, they're a bit wider and taller. and like i said, it was set all the way down, then i released the preload a lil today. thanx
It is possible, you could probably just roll the inside lip of the fender down using a heat gun and fender roller.
"Pulling" a fender is a pretty labor intensive process which takes some skill to complete correctly (i.e. not sharp looking edges, even curve, equivalent side to side)

get some wheel that fits?
195 is skinny **** tire to begin with, if you can't fit that into your car, what kind of wheel offset you have?
pulling is not hard per say, but sometime the paint could just give up and crack, to me pulling the fender looks just odd, with the narrow lip sticking out.
