Fender problem, shop or diy?

so this happened when my tire blew of my wheel, so i was wondering if i should bring it to a shop or replace the fender myself?? a shop would cost alot, i could probably find a cheap fender to replace it with

If you can do it yourself then just do it yourself. If you don't know how to do yourself then take it to a shop.

I think your best bet would be to try and find another stock red fender.

yeah i found one on ebay luckily im gunna try and get it.
