Are there any design programs or websites to check potential paint jobs, aesthetic styling etc?

I was looking at some more radical designs...I only know of photoshop for this. For example The aerocivic. It looks like **** but imagine if it was sanded, painted black and had designs to give depth to the pizza pan wheels and other eyesores. You could have a DUB/Batmobile or any other style you wanted.
