Wheels????

Does anyone know what type of wheels these are?Are they a factory wheel? They came on my car when I bought it. There really scuffed up but the pattern is nice. Might paint them black.

They are not factory wheels, but look like they might be made by Moda or Borbet.

Yeah, they're not stock. They almost look like Mini Cooper wheels
