Default core support?

my car was just hit on the drivers side. the headlight busted but the hood, fender, and bumper got barely damaged and pushed the core support back like 2 inches.Ive heard of people tying it to a tree and reversing as fast as they can any other suggestions? if worse comes to worse I can replace it but thats time and money

thanks rob

If all the surronding parts are fine or repairable and all you need is a core support then just buy a core support and replace it yourself. It's pretty easy and will save you lots of money doing it yourself. You can get a used core support for about $140.
