this cant be good...
i recently got my 92 civic 4dr painted in june to nighthawk black pearl, i paid $1000 for the full job, the guy i went to painted my friends bumpers and it came out pretty nice, no runs or drips,so idecided to go to him. about amonth ago i noticed my rear quarter panel has a little bubbling, what could cause this, will this develop into a serious paint problem? any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance

If you get lucky.. he painted over some wax & grease remover that hadn't dried but that is really far off....

If it was wax and grease remover it would have reacted when he laid the first coat of paint on it. Its probably rust that was there but under the surface and he scuffed you stock paint cus you had no dents there.
It's not his fault you didn't know about it prior.
