Icon2 Big Gaps

I'm drivng a 97 civic... I notice the gaps between the fender and the bumper are kinda too big, it seems like a 1cm gap. i can't stand that anymore, so I wanna find a way to fix that to make it looks better. Does anyone know how to fix that before I go to the body shop?

any idea will be good and thx for the suggestion guys.
