how-to fix ripped mounting holes
does any one have any idea how to fix ripped mounting holes on the front bumper? or is it notpossible to fix it any help would be great i tried a search but came up with nothing.

i would say drill new holes...
sure, it's not "factory" but it serves the same purpose.
as far as looks go, who's gonna see that really?
might be a little ghetto but i've always just drilled now holes and substituted the plastic clips for bolts and nuts or, if it comes down to it, the always handy zip tie...
...but that's just my opinion.

my bumper is held on with four (or no maybe three now) of those gay plastic screws, and two zipties on the sides by the fender. the holes on the sides ripped off, so i drilled new ones.
works fine and didn't cost anything.

no no i drilled into the fender. the holes underneath the hood are fine, i just lose the screws all the time. they're pretty much worthless anyway.

oh i see.
you could probably just epoxy them together if they're ripped. as long as you have two or three of them i wouldn't worry about it. those screws dont do very much.
