95 integra need help.
So i came out and saw brown marks running across the side of my rear bumper. I'm assuming someone sideswiped and ran off. It just looks like **** marks. I don't know if my bumper is actually scratched up and damged or if the brown is the paint from the car that hit me. In any case, is there any way I can repair this myself without having to replace parts?
I will try to get pictures of it. Its basically brown paint marks that look like **** stains running across my rear bumper and a small spot right above my taillight. It also feels rough when i tried to rub it off.
There are other chip marks on my car but theyre grey and not brown. So i don't know if my bumper is actually damaged.

you'll need some rubbing compound and a buffer. one of those Mothers powerball things on a drill is the cheapo way to get it done if you don't have access to a buffer. as i've recommended before, i like to use 3M's Perfect-It 3000 compounds and polishes. they work great.
anyway, get some compound and try to buff it off. the brown should come right off.
