I have an ED Hatch, and i was wondering if the SEM paint would adhere to other paint, since this SEM Paint isn't really a paint as it is a dye. Dash and Door panels on my car were painted blue/white i sanded it down as much as a i could and painted it with rattle can black paint. I sanded THAT down and now have spots of Black/White/Blue/Primer i was wondering if this would show when i sprayed the SEM on it? or should i consider buying a new Dash/Panels.
