hahaha this thread is seriously too good to be true, I love it so much. Look at the amount of filler on those doors! And the paint looks shiny right up to where the filler is, haha. Epic bodywork failure. Post more pics!
edit: seriously though don't drive that car when its 'done'

so you welded the fiberglass? What?
You don't have to lie man, we all have seen that you don't know the first thing about welding, those doors are 100% filler

I would use a flat board sander on those doors or you'll see quite a bit of wavyness when you're done. Keep up the good work of pissing off the H-T homos.

Re: (KangBanger)
This thread is funny. That is so stupid that you use braze to weld it together. Braze makes aluminum so much weaker. Not only that but the structure of integrity is F**ked!!!!! That is so stupid how you weld the skin to another skin.
Not only that but you welded pieces, and cut one section and welded it to another. You never weld one half of aluminum skin to another that is pure crazy.I feel so sorry who ever rides with you if you ever crashed(god for bid) that car is going to fold up like a crushed soda can. That area is so weak please stop this project as soon as you can.

OK well it isnt aluminum, but big deal, regardless of the base metal of the structure, you have seriously weekened the car, and it IS DANGEROUS. Not only to you but to people who may perhaps buy the car in the future, and or ride with you. Especially things like removing the outer body brace and using flate sheetmetal in place of the ribbed inner support at the bottom of the picture.
Oh and why on earth would you braze it together, brazing will cause a weak spot and a stress riser in the strucure of the body ,and at some point if will fail. I assume it is brazed at least by looking at the pictures...I dont assume you used silicone bronze wire and tigged it....and if you did those welds are hideous.
I have said it before in this thread and I will say it again, this car is not safe to be on the roads, and if you were to get into an accident, and or sell it, you are set up for a big *** heap of liabilities...especially being as you have posted pictures of how you did it, but also because you have been told repeatedly that it is wrong and unsafe, so there is no way you could claim ignorance or anything of the sort. Please either get this car fixed right or send it to the wrecker and move on.
