your goin to have to do some welding i kno that. there is probably a write or something some where on here. try the integra section and if you dont find any info in there just use the search section on here or google.
yeah man, that's why they give you a conversion rad support
haha.
rad supports almost always get welded on. some newer vehicles like full size trucks get theirs bolted on but that's because they have beefy frame rails that give all of the front end structural support.
our integras aren't so lucky
. you've got to drill out the spot welds on the original USDM rad support, then do the same to get rid of the extra cut metal on the JDM rad supp. (usually they're just cut off of the clip leaving extra metal so that the mounting points stay intact). mount the new JDM rad supp. in place, then spot weld it in. after it's spot welded, do your body work to clean up the welds, cut it in (paint), and then you're good to go.
if you're doing it yourself, make sure you get a printout of the OEM frame alignment specs and take your cross measurements to make sure everything lines up. also, just tack weld it in place before the full spot welds and fit up the entire front end with headlights and everything so that you're sure everything lines up correctly.
