Default $300 budget paint

Located in Bay Area

I want to repaint my car i think its painted really bad "Rattle Canned Over Sprays/Drips" i am looking to paint my car either EBP, FBP or NHBP any ideas what i should do thanks any shops around bay area that paints alright for that budget?

If you're going to go to Maaco, stay away from the metallic paints. stay with a solid color. The cheaper maaco jobs lack a certain amount of luster, and metallics look really crappy as a result.

To be perfectly honest, I've never seen a black coming out of maaco that looked presentable unless it was one of their $2k BC/CC "real" paintjobs.

Red and White, and regular old Blue look decent - other than that, you are pushing it with the "ambassador" paint job.

Keep in mind, Maaco's are franchised, so every once in a while you will find a Maaco that does AWESOME work for a very cheap price. They are few and far between, though.

if you got rattle canned paint on it right now your going to need to strip all that off

Bump it for the OP, I also have the same question but my budget is plus $200 more =$500
Would dark forest looking green come out good from Maaco? idk just wondering thanks.
