have a 2000 Si W. Coilovers, HID, CAI, gt3's the basic mods. really clean w. 170k.

dudes offering a 01 is300 w. salvage title and 110k miles. completely stock.

is it worth a trade? do these thing begin to break down after 100+k and cost an arm or leg to repair? have no experience w. is300's

opinions. ??

I'd be less concerned with maintenance and more so with why he's getting rid of his lexus for a honda.

More info on salvage title? Have you looked at the car in person?

They're greats cars. I'd call around to your local lexus and toyota dealerships to get ballpark prices.

yeah, it was hit in the front passenger so half of the Rad support was replaced but the original headlights are still intact?? everything looks fine. i test drove it, no cels, funny noises, wobbles. Checked the oil and it was where it should be and clean.

the bad: The car needs a brake job, the 1 fender that got replaced has a diff color white, its dirty on the inside (Smokers car) so ashes everywhere, and the headlights have that hazy cataracts that i just hate. they can be replaced tho.

he said hes a honda guy and misses his old GSR. ill check the vin to make sure it aint stolen.

Side note, civic's are awesome. after test driving the IS i felt like my stock si corners better and is faster than the IS.
