how about an original S14?
our 1st 240sx (still almost 100% stock -- even the exhaust!!!) <-- only the radio and speakers are aftermarket on this car!
5spd of course... 1995 SE that we just picked up in Arizona (phoenix) this week
mileage on it is decent too!
and the interior is stock (no ricer cut down shifter or lighted shifter **** here!)
and here are some underside pics just for fun (those in rust belt will appreciate this)
and more beauty shots after getting the front windows tinted today:

Yeah finding an untouched one is really hard. I had got a 95 SE a few years ago with 87k miles on it, bone stock... except someone neglected the car and liked to hit things, because the car was pearl white, and I swear every body panel was a different shade of white! It needed an exhaust, shocks, and tires when I got it, so I put KSport coilovers on, an Invidia exhaust and new wheels and tires. I wish I would have kept that car.

Yes, that is too funny because we did also see a white one that didn't have a straight panel on it PLUS it had horrible hail damage but it was still stock (haha).. with the shape the white one was in (*which only had 74k miles btw) it just wasn't worth the $4500 asking price so we moved on until we found this one with almost 100% straight panels (it does have a few pesky door dings though which in the grand scheme of things, is nothing to really complain about here!)
