Default 99 Maxima Problem

I own a 99 Nissan Maxima and Im having a problem with the front end. I drove it last night and it was driving fine. We got a bunch of snow last night and I had to go through deep snow. And today I noticed that when I got to above 55 mph it would shake. It seems like when I let off the gas the shake gets worse and when I hit the brakes it seems to go away. I know that my cv axle boot is torn on my driver side. And my inner tie rod end has some play in it on the passenger side but when I jacked it up this morning the play in the tie rod seemed like it was very little, like the same as it was the last time I jacked it up. I just have no clue what it could be. I got all the packed in snow off the wheel wells. And it has brand new tires. Anyone ever had a problem like this??
