Honda HR-V 2016 Headlights Problem

Honda HR-V 2016 Headlights Problem
I have a headlight problem on my HR-V (2016) LX AWD. Any help is very much appreciated.
On OFF : only the headlight high beans (Blue) work on Forward lever
On Auto: Headlights on but very low intensity barely visible on Backward Lever nothing on Forward Lever
On Night: Only Yellow lights on with either Forward or Backward Lever
The lights were working until I take it to body shop minor repairs.
I suspect someone in the body shop messed up with the fuses/Relays trying to deal with the hatch door.
