This fits 99-00' Civics. Its painted black and has some scratches on it. But a new paint job will clean it right up. Also there is about 1/8 of the lip missing. The piece is from the driver side. If you can fiberglass it back then your all good. I have pics and with the brackets supplied it holds it well in place. $80
