The springs you are selling are 200mm in length (~8"), 64mm ID (2.5") and 490lbs/in F and 320lbs R.

I am fairly confident.
The only thing is that I have see the "formula" in three different variations.
One states that to convert metric to standard, you multiply the last # by 55.88, the other was simply rounded up to 56, and the last one that I have seen is 57.
When looking at a Ground Control spring, the 3 numbers indicate the length, inner diameter, and spring rate. Always in this order. The only difference is whether the info is displayed in metric or standard measurements.
