wtf. lol. When I came in this thread I wasn't expecting this. I took my car to his shop last year in the summer and I my car came out cool. Get what you pay for. I payed $1250 for mine, body work, paint, and flat black on grill and EK sideskirts which they put on. I ask to get my front emblem shaved and painted but they forgot, but he didn't charge me for it. Only flaws I saw on the paint was i guess dust or dirt in the paint because there was very little bumps on the hood and you can see swirls everywhere in the light. I don't know if that was from sanding it or buffing the paint before it got dry. Importwerkz does not have a oven so your car air drys. It took them about 4weeks to do my car.
Kevin was cool guy to me. Had no problem with him. They use good quality paint. That's one of the main reasons I went to them. I just don't understand why this IMPORTWERKZ AUTO BODY is acting so unprofessional.

Why? I think this thread is a great reference for people who are contemplating whether to go there. Its probably saved 4-5 people from going there and realizing they made a mistake dealing with him and his company. Sooner or later, his business will go down the drain, so I'm sure by then this thread will be useless and can be deleted

god damn.. read this whole ****. bout a month ago or so i took my hatch over to them to get a quote. talked to a worker there not owner and he was cool for sure. saw a crx getting a full body/paint done along with a k20 eg getting dents touched up. so i was like ok this might be the spot. i was for sure trying to get a deal and they seemed to want to work with me. started the quote at 1600 after messing up the first time and saying "1400, oops i mean 1600 1600 man" then the guy said if you even bring it in ill knock off 100. **** even another 100. so now we were at 1400. where we started technically. i knew i could get it for at least 1200 maby even lower. after researching for a while on them(importwerkz) it paid off cuz look at this thread. after seeing the owner being a ****in piece of **** unprofessional *** hole i have no interest whatsoever. he aint gonna be wipin his *** with my 500 thats for sure. ive heard too much bad **** from this shop. thumbs down....

Hold on now. Get one thing straight. _DiAB0Lik6_ started this thread to get honest opinions of this shop from H-T users. Not from IMPORTWERKZ AUTO BODY or he would just simply call them. People are just posting their opinions about the shop and there looks like a lot of unhappy customers. Now if someone can not express their honest opinion about the shop... then wtf is the point creating the thread in the first place. If IMPORTWERKZ AUTO BODY doesn't care about what people type in here, then he should just ignore this thread. Plus, IMPORTWERKZ AUTO BODY is not winning this fight by the way he is typing or talking.

i hope you guys understand...the only thing between me and hai is the deal i have with him. as far as his skills at body work and paint, all i'm going to say is i've seen some great work and any flaws in it, any body shop is capable of messing alittle of something up here and there. i honestly don't think that hai le goes home thinking of ways to scam people. but where the problem comes in is basically, we need a bigger judge on what was right and what was wrong with this deal. i don't know if you've already read my previous discusion in the other thread i'd opened up but, as with most of you(i'm sure), i'm big on respect. i feel that hai feels as strong about his judgement as i do. if he was in the situation to take this matter to court i'm pretty sure he'd do it. however, i'm in that position so that's the direction i'm taking. what is my goal? to get what i think is fair which is what i'd put in to the deal. i feel i didn't get what i was asking for and so i'm taking it back and in return hai will get back what he traded me. HAI LE, if you'd rather talk about this and reach some kind of an agreement before court, i'm willing to discuss this over the phone or private messages or even email. let me know. even if you feel you know what you want, i'd at least need you to understand why I feel what is and what is not fair. you've rejected an offer that i didn't even get to finish explaining so at least maybe you'd be able to hear me out and STILL disagree with it but at least you'll have a better understanding of what i wanted.

Seriously though, this is a deal gone wrong. As a good deed, I would expect a person to at least pay half of the $500 to show a good gesture to the buyer, but it doesn't seem like he's willing to work anything out by the way he's responding. Sounds like it was setup though, KARMA is a bitch. Defnu, don't even bother responding to this thread and go on with your civil rights. Everyone else who has dealt with the guy or know someone who has, continue to post your opinions. Opinions could be good or bad, so let them be heard.
