I need a tuner. NORCAL
Hey I am looking for a tuner. I was supposed to have a guy tune my car but due to some hondata cable/software issues and a lot of excuses I need to get this done somewhere else.
Anyone know a good tuner, or is a good tuner let me know.
Please no Midnight Performance.
Im in Sac but will travel within a reasonable radius of Sacramento.
I will need my car tuned and a Turbo Del Sol. Both running Hondata S200

Lawrence @ Dynospotracing is the only guy I let tune my car. You can pick up steering wheel/airbag while you are over there too.
Redzone and DNR are some other tuners local to SJ...not to sure about the sac area, sorry!

Re: I need a tuner. NORCAL
To clear things up, I am in no way putting them down. I have a shop of my own where I work after my daily job and its no easy. But I have been out there twice with my friend and Casey wasted maybe 4+ hrs on both our cars put together to find out the issue was not the cars.
If anyone knows someone else please let me know.
I called one place and they wanted $190/hr. and 1.5 hrs to tune.. Yet everyone else needs an hr.. So I think thats a little too steep. If im gonna spend $300 on tuning I will just buy the tuning kit and do it myself.... I dont think I want to pay more then $200 all in.

Honestly, you get what you pay for in a tune. If spending 300 dollars is too steep for a tune, including dyno time, then you should just tune the car yourself. You could go to Phearable.net and have Mr Vegas make a basemap for you, and then you can trim it yourself to your liking.
