WTB: Cheap civic/crx in NE

I'm looking for a cheap civic/crx in the new england area. The car doesn't need to be running, could be only a shell. Let me know what you have.

no rear seat.
b16 with t3/t4 turbo
will sell car with stock everything except the motor and turbo kit for 3500obo thats a wicked deal. the motor only has 50k on it.

will sell just shell for around 1k with stock everything.
