2000 acura integra Type-R (last chance) clean title low miles

2000 acura integra typeR
clean title
i hold the oirg title in my hand sold out of florda with 43 miles and then sold to me with 43k miles.
the car for some reason was parted out ( idk the story dont ask )
at the end i will list what is left it needs.
drive train....
B18C gsr motor with block intake manifold
matching gsr trans
F1 clutch
stock exhaust manifold
all stock axles.
stock harness.
apexi exhaust system
stock air box.
befor the motor went in it got a new headgasket
new T belt
new waterpump.
the motor has 095,xxx miles on it i pulled it froma wrecked integra. i dont have a title for the motor because there was a loan on the car and the bank had the title i have a bill of sale provided with it and vin number.
SUSP...
tein coil overs for ITR
5 lug got all new berings and bushings
extended lug studs.
all new breaks pad and rotors.(have extra rotors)
all new rubber break hoses.
stock usdm ITR wheels that were stripped and re painted with factory color.
breand new tires (5 miles tops on them)
Body....
the front end was replaced due to bein missin. and painted off the car. the door's are oirg paint the qiaters and roof are orig paint the hatch is orig paint.
New OEM honda front and rear bumpers
new aftermarket fenders
used hood.(in the paint shop and might buy a new one)
use lip
used OEM wing
used OEM side skirts
all paint factory y56.
the bay was also re sprayed wile it was all apart
Rad support was never hit or removed and there is no under body structur damage.
the body could use a re sprey to all match 100%...
new head lights
used tail lights.
Interior...(needs the most)
now the interior needs the most work as it was last one my list.
factory dash and all factory hvac. all works
GSR cluster miles match motor( the orig cluste for this car was for sale and i can find it witht matchin miles 43,,611)
OEM itr rear seats
oem rug
all oem quater plastics
all oen trunk area parts and done
oem NEW in bag floor mats.
civic front seats.
OEM door pannels
Needed....
head liner
sun visors
ITR fron seats
kick pannels (ecu cover)
glove box.
CF ITR parts(have a line on some local and might be gettin the this week)
ITR cluster.
ok i think i covers it all any qustion feel free to ask. i have pictures and a photo album of all the work done to it. and i have paper work on 99% of the stuff i bought no stolen **** here.
the car run and drives 100% but the car hs not been on the road yet in the 3 years i owned it other then about 100 miles back and forth to work on a dealer plate. so for those who want to come and buy and it drive it home to mass,,ny,,nj...ect i would not recomand it just to be safe. it will most likely make it but why chance it.
also the car is in storage and is not to easy to just back out and take for a joy ride if you come with the full amount in hand and i think you are seirous i will take the time to move all the other **** and get it out for out drive.
rember i dont need to sell it or need the money do dont low ball me i am open some offeres but like i said above firm on the price. as far as the trades honestly i dont have any more room to take on another car i wont drive or have time to fix.
i might take a
trade towards some clean cars or bike or quads atv dirt bike things like that. but cash is best.

thanks man i think it not being sold a just a reson to finsih it and keep it and daily drive it to put it away for my son. it would be worth alot more when he is older and if he dont want it then it will be a good investment for him.

not to be critical, I understand everything with the car being a real ITR and all that but. USDM GSR & GSR Trans, GSR Cluster in a Type-R... It might as well be a GSR with ITR Stickers.. Nothing in the car is original to its #. That would affect the price ALOT in my eyes. My buddy sold his JDM RHD Registered ITR for 10k last year.

end of the day for the price a clean title a low miles 43k shell that has not been stolen crashed or molested is worth my asking price as far as the drive train ... it is what it is if i could find the orig motor and trans i would spend what ever the price to get it back.. as i was trying to do with the orig cluster since it is in this state.. but i just simply cant get my hands on it. i have a ITR cluster for the car also.
and it is not just the same as a GSR with ITR sticker. gsr is weighs more has a sun roof has leather interior has 4 lug susp and is not a ITR
this is a real ITR for the same price as some GSR integras out there. if you do some home work you will see what the going price is for a clean title low miles ITR shell or not.
