Hey i read some where that clutch break in is just a bunch of bolony. They made the assumption that its similar to the way that brakes work and that it does not need a break in? Why exactly is there a break in period on clutches??

mine came with a paper stating that there 700 miles to break or you may cause glazing of the kevlar pads and it would make the clutch slip... idk .

naw i let it breakin for lie 2 weeks. I think i had 380 somthin miles if i remember rite. I had a lot of driving back and forth from camp. Wel its just my clutch pedal adjustment thats screwed up. Unless i hammer on it tryin to spin second it doesnt slip really anymore. Lately its just been slammin! the pedal got adjusted to far out so ive got to move it back in so the clutch fully catchs when the pedal is up
