you're not keeping your memory freed, try these things:

1. delete VZ navigator, I'm sure you don't use it..but then again you fail at getting anywhere lol.
2. delete all apps that you are not using or do not plan to.
3. make sure you hit the back (the curved arrow between berry and end keys) out of the programs all the way to the home screen to fully close out anything you may have open.

once a day, go to security, and hit menu, then select the Clean Now function. it'll keep your RAM freed. if the phone doesn't reset itself once a day, just pull the battery out..it'll free up all your memory.

if your phone is hella glitchy/slow still after this, hit VZ up and get a new one. my first two were acting funny but this one is perfect. no problems whatsoever
