that was our problem with this one. When we ship things out all the days shipping goes in a bin. Well when we do international shipping we had write out the slips and not do them online. Well it shipped out and a couple days later I went looking for it so I could email him his tracking the slip was not in there. So I searched for it with no luck. I then called DHL to see if I could retrieve it but they said they can only get online ones. Then on Monday I got an email stating that the package has landed in his county. Well I then emailed that email back to see if I could get the tracking number. I have not heard back, I have then called just 10 minutes ago to again see if I can go through my past. They said since it was hand written that it will not hit my bill until the package is received. So that is the problem. I am trying to do as much as I can to help him but right we just wait till he gets it which should be VERY soon! I do admit that is was OUR mistake for the paperwork not being put where it should have been! But he will get it and both parties will be sastified

Does anyone know any other manufacturer that makes parts like this? I'm mainly looking for EK power door inserts.
