Anyone know where i can get my exhaust manifold and turbo extruded and swained/honed

 

from what i remember extrude honing is fairly pricey and not worth it for things unless your trying to get the most flow from a stock or certain style component cause thats what you have to run, like in a racing class. i had an intake manifold sent out for a customers turbo eclipse and it cost the shop about $350, but he wanted it extrude honed. you can usually get that type of stuff ported by hand for cheaper, what type of manifold and turbo is this, im guessing a stock cast iron mani?

just for level 1 exhaust manifold hone for a 4 cyl is $500

fack that i was going to extrude and hone my turbo and my ehaust manifold for the sr20det but im just going to get a new manifold

Figured people like pics, here is a setup we are working on this year during the off season. So lets get this party started.

The bigger turbo is what we are building it around, the turbo on the right ( smaller one ) is a tial gt30r, so that should give you a size idea. The design idea is basically for guys running big power, and want to utilize a bottom mount manifold for clearance reasons. The one we are building now is utilizing a t4 twin scroll flange.

Last year he ran 9.66@156 with a log manifold and a 70mm turbo so now with the addition to the manifold we are making , we are looking for some insane numbers.

nice manifold, like the design. maybe if i get tired my old ramhorn and have some extra cash ill have you make me one. the problem with my mani is when i bought it from rld(great mani so far) they didn't offer a t4 collector flanged ramhorn so it is a t3 flange redrilled to accept my t4.

DAMN!!! that rsx is still there?? Last time I went there, it was just parked with a crap load of parts inside the car.

RCautoworks. that rsx looks and sounds pretty sick! nice job! btw do you guys know anybody with a car trailer my one buddy was supposed to trailer it to you guys for me but he's being a fruit cake about it now. he still might if it comes down to it but im going to try and find something else first. i have another question. will a 4" exhaust on an 89mm H22 with a s366xl have any back presure? i was told it might. i dont think it will but i was just wondering if this was true or false.

 

If it does have back pressure, it will be very minimal. As for the trailer, I don't sorry have anyone besides the tow we use from time to time.

the body lol. only thing im doing is lowering in half an inch and boom!

 

im probably just gonna finish my suspension this summer....maybe a lip kit too
