well unfortunately we cant schedule a meet there. like i said, it depends if its closed off or not. We normally all meet up and chill and cruise out to the city to kick it, we normally pass by, if its open, we're in, if not oh well.

Maybe we'll do another meet this coming sunday the 17th. we probably had 30ish cars this past sunday at Omega.

 

Even if they block off that part, I don't think I've ever had any problems with the cops if you sit in the parking lot. Either that or just chillin by the Field Museum.

it all depends.... some cops are chill, some cops are ghey.

on a side note.... for an upcoming kickin it phresh spot "omega" do not PHAWK AROUND. city and state popo came thru, and they said its all good if we meet there... please DO NOT BE STUPID and ruin this for us.

cool you gotta post some more pics of it. Do you use different rims and tires when you drift? I was thinking of giving drifting a shot.

Nice screen name I almost got some murdas but went with k2 broke both arms and hands because of those skates....

I have a couple different sets of rims, I just use whatever is on the car at the moment, or whatever I have tires for. I think rowdys2000 will agree with me that drifting an s2000 is somewhat of a lost cause. Many try, few suceed.

And as for the screen name, I haven't skated in years, I made my AIM name like 10 years ago.

I've personally never had a problem with cops and 18th or the Field... I never went out there a lot either though.

If you guys are interested, a bunch of friends and myself get together every other Saturday, chill and then usually cruise to the city, or possibly Strats. Since HIN is next weekend we will be cruising from here out to Toyota Park, and then finding something to do after.

its not the power aspect its more of the steering feel and the cars setup in general

</TD></TR></TABLE> I got side ways the first couple times with boost this morning. 30% throttle and 8 pounds, the car felt like it wanted to spin out more then normal! Ill just take it slow at first and get use to it and hope nothing really bad happens
