Wait, what happened to your car?
I thought this was for Aaron (dirt), and you had a passing interest. $10 for a WRX is def. dooable, but will be a 2002-03 (bugeye) have slightly more miles and probly less mods which I know can be a good thing, and maybe never weashed.
I'll keep an eye out for the local subie ads.

Yeah, the bugeye wagons are right in the $10-12k range. I've been watching them too, but I think I would rather have a legacy gt wagon

lol nothing happened to my car. just seeing if it was even doable for the price. 02-03 would probably be what im lookin at, bone stock is fine. more than likely i'm going to keep my car.

I swear you guys have the worst luck with Fedex/ UPS. I have never to this day had a damaged package/ item either delivered to my house or to work, and here at work we have about 15 packages a day delivered and another 10 a day going out.

Re: (.Beaver)
Speaking of shipping...
I sold my zc hood to a guy in NY. So I packaged it up in a box from another hood, used rubber corner protectors, bubble wrap and styrofoam. I usually ship UPS from my local Ace Hdwe. store. I drop it off there, pay for it, whatever. So I get a call and they said UPS won't insure it because it's not packaged properly. I emailed the guy who bought it, and he said I should just ship it without insurance. Ok then.

Same here. UPS can't even find my house sometimes, even though it's one of only 2 houses within a 1/2 mile stretch of road.

my situation is similar but you don't even need to find the road with my address it's grid coordinates north and west just look at a expletiveing map it's not that hard.

You'd think a company like UPS would have their **** together enough to figure it out by now.
I just remember coming home from work to find $2800 worth of speakers laying (in a tipped over pile) in the MIDDLE of my drive way. My drive way is about 25 ft long so it's not like they were hidden.. Plus the boxes had "Cambridge Soundworks" printed on the side of them! I was pissed! and happy at the same time that no one swiped them.

The REAL funny thing is that their routes are all programmed into their computers (the thing you sign) and it tells them, turn by turn, etc... and they still get messed up. A lot of it just depends on the quality of the individual driver. The one here at my work is pretty good, but the last guy got reassigned after he threw 3 boxes of company stationary into a puddle on the dock.

...until tomorrow.
WRX/2.5TS wagon would be cool but poor gas mileage no?
Tony, are the HHRs you see for $6000ish just trashed, high mileage or what? I know most GM resale values are garbage but man that's really bad. I dunno what I'm thinking, though... HHR = lenghtened Cobalt chassis I believe. My first test drive I will probably tell myself, "" !
EDIT: I really like Mazda3 hatchbacks too, resale on those are as good as most Honda/Acuras I bet. EVO might be fun but similar to ITR... try to find unbeaten, unmodded, probably the only way id buy one plus high insurance. Just want something reliable with 4 doors and room behind seats. New body Acura RL for $20k please!
