HT AVS mod who does full stealth alarm installation in Socal?

tw guys askign for the full price of the stealth alarm it is 560 including the labor, siren in fender, dei backup batt, clifford 50.x alarm, piezo siren main relay kill switch, etc. all done with the dashboard taken off. wiring under the dash is hidden.
again i asked him to come over to the midwest since he hasnt had a car stolen on any of the alarms hes installed. lots of cali guys vouch for his work and this is our opportunity to take advantage of his service so lets make this happen

this is my 91 CRX i just picked up, it is also my first honda. ive always been a domestics fan but being poor and in need of a reliable dd made me turn to the dark side aka imports.
Bought the car from a friend for a great price. it has a very clean body with only 76k mi on the odo.
Performance: Bone stock d16a6, greddy ss exhaust.
Current Project:Just got a z6 head for a mini me but still in need of supporting parts.
QUESTION/ADVICE: I plan on running the a6 intake/tb/injectors but i am concerned about tuning. Also, i will be running a header and about 10.5:1 compression once the head is milled. Does anyone know if a virgin p28's tune will work, or do i need to buy a chipped p28 with a custom tune for my situation??
Nothing too great, in need of springs it sits waay too high
D16z6 Complete head, picked it up for $110 shipped. Anyone know of a reputable machine shop around Milwaukee? pm me please
