FS: 99 CIVIC EX (EJ8) COUPE MANUAL
The time has finally come for me to sell my civic, it has been an amazing car and I really don't want to see it go. I purchased the car back in 2007 and used it all throughout high school and collage, but the time has come where I need something a little bigger and with four doors. I have never raced or tracked the car, it has strictly been my daily driver so it has never been abused. I take great pride in how clean the car is! The car is basically stock (you can see in the list below) I have never messed with the motor except for maintenance, and the only cosmetic add-on's which were done properly. The car currently has 204,xxx miles on it and I have no doubt that with continued routine maintenance I will see well over 300,000! This is truly a great car for anyone, and I would rally love to see it go to someone that will care for it the way that I have these past eight years. below you will find all the need to know info on the car, but I am sure I have left some things out so if there are any questions please feel free to contact me,

Basics
-99 Civic EX Coupe 5-speed Manual

Modifications (if you can call them that):
-OEM SI Lip
-OEM SI Grille
-OEM SI rear swaybar w/ Blox endlinks
-OEM SI Wheels
-CTR red stitched shift boot
-Color Matched Side Skirts
Recent Maintenance (in no specific order)
-New Breaks (pads and disks) as of 4/15
-New upper and lower control arm bushings as of 4/15
-New Tires as of 7/14
-New plugs and wires as of 8/14
-New cap and rotor as of 7/15
-Radiator replaced in 2011
-Clutch replaced at 140k
-Timing belt and water pump replace at 140k
Pros
-No rust!
-Interior is super clean
-Paint is in great condition, Clover Green Pearl!!
-Engine runs like new!
-Trans shifts great, no grinds and doesn't pop out of gear!
-Clean Title
-A really great example of a reliable, clean and unmolested civic.
Cons
-The rear suspension squeaks, there is nothing dangerous or broken, it is just old bushings.
-The rear window leaks. I had it quoted to be fixed if there is no rust $300 if there is rust $600.
-Passenger side rear quarter panel has a dent where a drunk driver side swiped me. you can see it in the pictures, it isn't too bad but it is there.
-Misc. dents and scraps you would usually find on a car that is 16 years old.
-Driver seat is starting to tear (see pics)
Also if you buy the car you get all of my spare honda parts, stock items that have been removed, and a set of honda oem 14 in wheels with two tires
