Default FS: '92 Civic CX w/ B18C1 swap

Helping sell for a friend. This was my old car and he bought it from me in 2004. Some friends and I built it back in 2001. We did everything on it so I know it was done right.

1992 Civic CX w/ GSR swap 148k miles on the body
Swap done April 2001 (85k miles on the swap now)

Engine:
1994 Integra GSR swap (B18C1) bought with 61k miles (engine, tranny, ECU, fuel pump)
Spoon header
Thermal exhaust, no cat
AEM short ram intake
New timing belt and water pump installed when swap was done
ITR flywheel
ITR clutch
Fuel filter
Oil changed every 3k miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic 10w30

Interior:
Del Sol seats
ITR knock-off shift ****
Si gauge cluster with white-faced gauges (104K started on this cluster)

Exterior:
New windshield
Front and Rear strut bars
Alarm
GSR front brake conversion (new Cobalt pads, new rotors)
New rear brake (shoes and drums)
ITR shocks
Ground Controls coilovers (Integra spring rates)
ITR rear LCA's
Energy Suspention motor mount inserts
15” ’99 Civic Si wheels (mint condition)
195/50/15 Kumho 711 tires (90% tread, almost new)

Good:
-The car runs EXCELLENT! Ran a best of 14.6 on street tires, 14.00 on slicks on stock GSR clutch/flywheel. Never dyno'd.
- No problems whatsoever. It’s quick and it was built with the roadcourse/AutoX in mind. It has been AutoX’d, but never tracked.
-Heat works great
-It gets 30 mpg gas mileage
-Stops on a dime with the upgraded brakes

Bad:
-Rear window rattles/squeaks (partially due to the price you pay for the motor mount inserts)
-Exhaust rattles at the header/test pipe (donut gasket needs replaced)
-Driver’s seat has a small worn spot on the bolstering
-No A/C
-The car does need some paint. Paint is starting to crack in certain places. The car will also need some slight rust repair. It has rust in both rear qtrs. The hood has one decent sized dent in it.
-It's a little loud. Nothing a silencer for the exhaust wouldn't help though

I’m probably forgetting to list a lot of things, but if you have any specific Q’s let me know.

I have just over $10,000 into this hybrid. Serious inquiries only. Not interested in any trades. $4800 obo
