I know this is not a FS: but

I got a ticket from the city of chicago for hydrant parking. On the ticket it has my license plate #, and it says Honda = (i drive a teg w/honda badges)

my question is if i cannot find the ticket online at all. (i've checked the citation#, my plate number, and i've searched for tickets under my license number) do i have to pay it still? can they find out?

City of Chicago's department of transportation will send you a notice in the mail in which that license plate is registered to. No notice, no worries.

You might actually get away with it. Does it say what kind of Honda? Usually you can fight it if the ticket has the wrong information on it. Technically you drive an Acura, not a Honda.

Hahah they could care less what the ticket information has, it could say Chevy. You will have to pay sooner or later, if not consider yourself lucky.

if the plate or vin info on the ticket is correct and it comes back to you, you're stuck with it. it doesnt matter what incorrect box is checked. also, they are usually slow updating the ticket info so dont feel lucky if you cant find it yet. chicago is the city that works....but it works very very slowly.

yea the import place over in lockport has a black SI. but theres not much left on it. ive even been through it

Not always true. I was in court about a month ago for a seatbelt ticket (yea gay). A kid got a speeding ticket, something like 90 in a 55. He got off buy using the wrong info on a ticket. His car was green. They put grey. On tickets they use three letters. So the cop put GRY insteed of GRN and he got off. So you never know.

Thats the judge though, depends on how the judge is that day. As far as I know, you really can't contest a parking ticket.

FS: 1990 acura integra axles ( for b series swap in ef )
FS: EG air bag, passenger side, have the brain box as well
FS: EG turn signal switch, comes with handle and all, also has wiper handle I believe
