Trade My Jeep for your honda/acura
I picked up this jeep from a buddy of mine a few months ago after i blew up my old daily driver and it has served me well. But I am going back to school and i really cant afford the gas bill anymore so i need to downsize.
The jeep is a 1999 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 4.0 liter I6 and the Quadratrac 2 AWD system. It had 145K miles on it and runs like a champ. I have driven it on 3 or 4 long trips and have had no issues at all. It had power everything, sunroof, heated leather seats, and the Home connect set up for garage doors. It has a sony head unit and a kicker amp that run pioneer and JL audio speakers in the factory locations. It has a 2" lift and brand new 17" rims and tires off a new Wrangler. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere.
The issues: The heater core is shot... however i do have a new one in the back of the Jeep. I just cant find time to put it in. There is a valve noise that comes and goes, it has done this as long as ive owned it and its never bothered me (still get 19 mpg). Lastly the hatch has a dent in it from something? It doesnt affect the way anything works, Just cosmetic.
I am really looking to trade for a 5 speed honda/acura (stock modified, whatever) but i am open to just about anything that gets good MPG. I would sell the jeep outright for $3500 if someone wants to do that. I would be willing to put a little cash on top for the right car or take a little cash and a car worth less than the Jeep. If anyone ins interested let me know what you have.
