My GSR got hit ... need body work
Im originally from Los Angeles and 2 days before going to Pennsylvania, i got hit. Theres a dent on the rear driver side above the wheel. It is poppable. Insurance claim gave me $1500. I was wondering if anyone knows a good (non expensive) shop in Erie Pennsylvania region. Im Also willing to drive to nearby cities or states if the price is good. I got a quote from a body shop to pop out dent, reline the body to origin where the dent was. Do minor paintjobs here and there where it is chipping and cracking and full buffer on car for $950. Kind of pricey. I really was hoping to get a full paint job... and fixing the damage. ANyone know any information itll be helpful thanks.
BTW i just read up about someone getting a paintjob at maaco. does that shop do good paintjobs? is it durable? i dont want no cheap paintjob that goes away in like 3 years. I want it like how HONDA had it made.

sorry to thread jack but can i get some more info on this shop? would they be willing to do full body work / paint job? do you know any general pricing?

Im not sure about maaco but they might have a warranty. Talk to them and get some info. Make sure you mask everything off you dont want painted because Ive seen them get lazy!
