I've taxed my brain enough trying to figure this out on my own. I've come to a conclusion. I'll take the time I would've spent learning fiberglass and put it towards doing what I know to make money. Then I'll take the money and give it to someone to help me.

I need Headlight Eyeliner pieces made up. About 12" in length, super easy design. I also need air inlet tubes, not really sure about the difficulty on this one.

What kind of production scale are you talking about? Are these for personal use or resale?

I might be able to help you out. We have done composite work for a few years now. Do you have drawings of your parts, or anything?

This will be for resale. We get a lot of our products from Europe, but the exchange rate, transit time, and customs charges is killing me. I have pieces that I need copied and modified slightly to allow for better fit.

With the intake tubes all the design information is from scratch. I'll email you with some pics and details.
