I purchased Hid's, well I wire both sides up..passenger side comes on and the driver side doesn't. I made sure the kit was good by hooking them up to the battery. I bought them brand new, and with a warranty. They are Apexcone by the way. I cut the wires just to see if it would work by just touching them together, but still no spark. what can I do ?
