Default Whats the bluest bulb?

I know I will get flamed for this but oh well. Basically what I'm wondering is what company makes the bluest halogen bulb. Like maybe a light blue but not white like most of the super white ones.

The vision doesn't really matter I just want something that looks blue for shows and stuff. One thing I don't want is I don't want the color to fade away after a few hours like the Nokya Arctic Purples did.

I've seen some really blue ones like crystal blue that I really like on the road mostly a few years back when blue bulbs were popular but I never knew what brand they were. I've tried several and never found one that has a ton of blue to it. Most seem to be white with a slight hint of blue.

Anyway like I said I just want something blue for shows and stuff.

with a blue halogen bulb you are not going to see very much at all. Where with HID the blue is directly emitted as a result of a physical-chemical reaction, with halogen it has to be filtered from the white light of the filament. So you would only be getting a percentage of 1500 lms the halogen bulbs would normally give where if the 10,000k or whatever HID bulb was 1500 lms you would at least have all of them.

yea, what the guy above said. just get a 10k hid kit if thats the blue your lookin for. the blue halogens honestly look like crap, and they look cheap. They're not bright so your sacraficing light output, and drivability.

You might as well retro fit some blue LED in there if you want blue for show.

Is this the best way to get a blue look?

LEDs don't really like heat though, so you can't rally put them right in the reflector area
