projector headlight

Default projector headlight
i brought some halo projector light and i installed them already but not the high beam and the low beam stays on even when i click the switch to low beam need help

well i install it on my 95 honda civic i connected it with the plug and play and they work but both high and low beam stay on how can i fix it so low beam can come on when i click the switch to low beam and high beam come on when i click the switch to high beam
