Hey guys! a have a pair of those headlights from a Mercedes Actually E class.
They have Projectors and a installed xenon kit.
now i want to try if those projectors fits in my oem 96-98 headlights.
anyone had any experiences or else ?
and if its impossible,what about using those as foglights ? my buddy had an idea,to use those as foglights for the buddyclub 2 fronbumper. but the problem is,the projecots would be unprotected,without a glass or else.
what are you thinkin about ?

Try looking up an E55 bi xenon projector, that is the type used in that headlight. They will fit your housing, its been done many times and should be pretty easy to do. Good luck!

i thougt the people always use bmw E46 projectors. have you maybe pics from headlights,where anybody has done this with the mercedes projectors ?

These are the closest I can do for you. Its a RS6 projector which is VERY similar to what you have in a 99 civic reflector.

 

ok thank you today ive opened one headlight,...but i dont know how i should install which cabel on which place...
tommorow ill post pics off the secon headlight,and then i have to find a pair of second headlights for my car,to begin this project
i have now the projector like on your picture,with the xenonbox ( i dont know how it called) fixed on the back

but i dont know how should i start. and i even know nothing about the harness wire (i dont know how it was called)...i mean which cable should be installed where ?...so much questions...but here are 2 pics. the second one is with the cover over the projectors.
and i had a secon pair of projectors with 55mm im thinkin about to use those as foglights in my buddyclub 2 frontbumper
