Default led problem

hey im new around here...said hey in the new guy place...im sure this has already been addressed before but i couldnt find anything

i went to leds all the way around on the outside of my car...im having the normal rapid blinker stuff and i know i can get a resistor to fix that irritating problem

my problem though is when i went to replace the reverse and license plate lights...they dont come on at all
do they need a resistor as well?
am i going to have the same problem when i go inside to replace the gauge cluster lights?

on the blinkers can i put one resistor in any location on each side to fix the problem or does it need one for each side of the front and each side of the back?

sorry for all the questions from a newby

Dustin

-I did LED cluster lights, no issue with hyper flash.
- As to your reverse and and License plate lights, you should not need a resistor (I didnt on my buick and del sol) try flipping the led the other way, that should fix it.
- Resistors are the easiest way to fix the hyper flash as well. vleds.com has some that are easy to install and straight forward.

well the reverse lights are an 1156 so theres no way to flip them around...the license plate lights ill try again...thought i had flipped them when i was out there but coulda been wrong...other than that or a resistor i have no clue what it could be because the normal lights work perfectly
thanks

Your LEDs may be defective, in backwards, or you blew a fuse. They should work fine in all the lighting circuits (other than fast blink in the signals).
