I bought four led bolts for my license plate. I didn't want that whole glowing frame so I just bought the bolts instead.

I've been looking around and short of going to a auto, or stereo installation place I have no clue as to what to really do.

I want to hard wire my bolt LED's into the aux lights so that when my lights come on at night automatically so do they.

Why not just run power from the pre-existing tag lights. You said you didn't want those (I think), So just clip them and replace them with wiring to the bulbs

 

I was just outside looking at the licenses plate light and I can fuse the wires into it but the problem I have now is pulling the light from the bumper so I can pull it down and proceed.

I figured out what to do now all I need to do is have enough room to do it and I can't when that light is fixed where it is
