Default Running Lights Wiring Question

I'm planning on hooking up a light that runs with the running lights underneath the rear bumper (don't worry it's NOT a neon light ). I have a few questions though. I plan on mating this lights wire with either the running tail light wire or the rear bumper side lights (its a Prelude) which run with the running lights. What color would I need to mate the wire to in order for the light to come on when my parking lights come on? Also, do I need to ground the light to the frame? I'm almost clueless so a short walkthrough would be VERY helpful.. thanks

if u have a multi-meter or a test light it would be easy...turn on ur parking lights and pull out the bulb in the tailight thats ON (should have 3 wires). use the meter or test light and probe the plub to see if u have voltage and that would be ur parking light and just wire it to there...and yes u would need to ground it somewhere
