Default HID'S

Hello everyone. Ok here is the story. My coworker and I who are car audio and security installers at best buy did a xentec hid kit in my 1993 accord. We did it the right way using relays off of the battery to provide power to the hid's. It was an 8000k kit. He has done this before so everything went smooth. No flickering, etc... So now I decided to do 6000k instead. All wiring was left the same. Plugged new ballasts and bulbs and let them do the 10 min break in period only to have twitching occuring with the gas. Swapped the bulbs with new ones and the same thing happened. My friend that helped me install them has 6000k's as well with the same 9006 bulb and his ballasts are way different. Mine are the same ones that came with the 8000k kit. Could this be my flickering problem? I have tried switching bulbs and ballasts with no fix. Sorry for the length and any insight is helpful. Thanks!

No. The problem is most likely a faulty component. The only difference between a 6000k and 8000k kit would be the bulb. Try contacting the seller for technical support or warranty.

If it's a "candle light" flicker (very subtle, twitching), it's the ballasts. Ask me how I know
