Yeah. They look like E55s. A wall shot would help, but from the picture, you probably need to raise both projectors, and raise the passanger side up even higher. Looks as if the pass is a little lower than the driver.

I thought the Evo HID projectors were pretty good?? Why would you want to replace them?

Evo's have a nice flare on the edges, which is good for seeing in corners and street signs. However, without messing with the lenses, the cutoff is dull and blurry. Most people like sharp and colorful cutoff.

The Evo is good; better than BMW, Audi, Benz, etc, but not as good as TSX, S2000, TL, FX35...to name a few.

Ben, we tried color modding the Evo projectors in the past, and they are a lit tricker than most, and I would say it's like a E46 single xenon, where they could be slightly modded, but you won't see changes that really get you going.

Pete...you should show pictures of the car. Especially the wheels.

EDIT: Got some cool retroes coming up shortly. Pilot, Ridgeline, and a 95 Civic with clear lens swap on a FX35. Blue and rainbow cutoff on a bixenon....no joke.

If you do a retrofit in some headlights, how do you adjust the up and down and side to side, if they are stationary in the headlights!?

I have a question about retrofitting, because I really want to do it to my car.

I bought this plug-n-play HID kit from H-T user Operatic a couple months ago, and haven't even taken it out of the box yet once I decided to go HID retrofit.

Now, my question is: If I wanted to do a retrofit now, which parts of this HID kit are still usable for that? Would I just need projectors and shrouds, since I already have the harness, ballasts and bulbs (although they are for a H4 low setup)?

Sorry man, you can't use any of that stuff with a retrofit, as those bulbs have been modified to fit H4, and the fat wire coming off the ballasts have been modified to work with those bulbs.

You might be able to find an adapter that will change those ballsts back to a regular D2 plug (for D2S bulbs), but I'm not sure who carries them anymore.

You will need factory OEM ballasts and D2S bulbs, along with the HID projectors.

*edit* here's what you would need, you would have to connect the wires coming off your ballasts to these plugs, and use them with D2S bulbs:

too bad the Q45's are only marginal compared to some others like Stanley projectors used on Hondas.
